Core Principles
Sportsmanship & Respect
Treat everyone with respect - opponents, teammates, organizers, and viewers. Good sportsmanship is the foundation of our community.
- Congratulate opponents on good plays
- Accept defeat gracefully
- Win with humility
- Respect organizer decisions
Fair Play & Integrity
Competition should be fair and skill-based. Cheating undermines the spirit of gaming.
- No cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs
- Play with your own account
- No intentional disconnections
- Report suspicious activity
Inclusivity & Diversity
We welcome gamers of all backgrounds, genders, and skill levels. Discrimination has no place in our community.
- No discrimination based on gender, race, religion, or background
- Use inclusive language
- Respect different play styles
- Support new and learning players
Expected Behavior
All community members should:
- Be Respectful: Use appropriate language and avoid personal attacks
- Be Constructive: Offer helpful feedback and support
- Be Professional: Maintain composure during competition
- Be Punctual: Arrive on time for matches and events
- Be Cooperative: Work with organizers and follow instructions
- Be Honest: Provide accurate information and report issues
Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment: Bullying, threats, or targeted abuse
- Hate Speech: Racist, sexist, or discriminatory language
- Cheating: Any form of unfair advantage
- Toxicity: Excessive complaining or negative behavior
- Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else
- Spamming: Excessive or irrelevant messages
- NSFW Content: Inappropriate images or language
Communication Guidelines
When communicating in our community:
- Use English or Bengali for official communications
- Keep discussions relevant to gaming and tournaments
- Avoid excessive caps lock and spam
- Respect different opinions and play styles
- Use appropriate channels for different topics
- Report inappropriate content to moderators
Tournament Conduct
During tournaments, players must:
- Be ready 15 minutes before scheduled matches
- Have stable internet connection and backup plans
- Record matches for dispute resolution
- Report technical issues immediately
- Follow match rules and settings
- Accept referee decisions gracefully
Consequences for Violations
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Warning: Formal notice for minor violations
- Temporary Ban: Temporary suspension from tournaments
- Disqualification: Removal from current tournament
- Permanent Ban: Permanent exclusion from EFTB events
- Prize Forfeiture: Loss of tournament prizes
Severity of consequences depends on the violation and previous behavior.
Reporting Issues
If you experience or witness violations:
- Immediate Issues: Contact tournament admins via WhatsApp
- General Concerns: Email Nihalrobbani@gmail.com
- Anonymous Reports: Use our secure reporting form
All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.
