1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or participating in EFTB (eFootball Tournament Bangladesh) tournaments, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate in EFTB tournaments, you must:
- Be at least 14 years of age
- Be a resident of Bangladesh
- Have a valid email address and phone number
- Own a legitimate copy of eFootball 2026
- Have stable internet connection
- Agree to fair play and sportsmanship principles
3. Tournament Registration
Registration for EFTB tournaments requires:
- Accurate and complete personal information
- Valid contact information for communication
- Acceptance of all tournament rules
- Timely submission before registration deadline
We reserve the right to reject any registration that doesn't meet our requirements.
4. Player Conduct
All participants must adhere to:
- Sportsmanship: Respect opponents, organizers, and viewers
- Fair Play: No cheating, hacking, or exploiting game bugs
- Professionalism: Appropriate language and behavior
- Timeliness: Be available for scheduled matches
- Cooperation: Follow organizer instructions
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized software
- Smurfing or using multiple accounts
- Intentional disconnections or match manipulation
- Harassment or toxic behavior towards others
- Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
- Impersonating tournament officials
- Betting or gambling on tournament outcomes
6. Prize Distribution
Prize winners must:
- Provide valid identification for verification
- Complete required tax documentation
- Claim prizes within 30 days of tournament completion
- Follow prize distribution procedures
Prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to taxes.
7. Disqualification
We may disqualify participants for:
- Violation of tournament rules
- Cheating or unfair play
- Inappropriate behavior
- Failure to appear for scheduled matches
- Providing false information
Disqualified players forfeit any prizes and may be banned from future tournaments.
8. Intellectual Property
All EFTB content including:
- Tournament name and logo
- Website design and content
- Stream broadcasts and highlights
- Marketing materials
are property of EFTB and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
EFTB is not responsible for:
- Technical issues during matches
- Internet connectivity problems
- Game server outages
- Personal equipment failures
- Third-party service disruptions
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
